Store, organize, and track every vendor document in one place. Automatic expiry alerts keep you compliant.
Supported document types
SKOOR stores any document associated with a vendor relationship. Common types include:
- Tax forms — W-9, W-8BEN, 1099 copies
- Contracts — Service agreements, master service agreements, statements of work
- Insurance — General liability, workers compensation, professional liability certificates
- Licenses — State contractor licenses, business licenses, professional certifications
- Other — Invoices, proposals, correspondence, and any custom document type you define
Uploading documents
Upload documents from the vendor profile page. Drag and drop or browse for files. SKOOR accepts PDF, DOCX, PNG, JPG, and HEIC formats. Each document can be tagged with a type, expiration date, and notes. Vendors can also upload documents directly through the vendor portal.
Expiry alerts
When you set an expiration date on a document, SKOOR sends alerts at 60 days, 30 days, and 7 days before expiry. Expired documents are flagged on the vendor profile. The SKOOR AI agent includes expired and expiring documents in your daily digest. Vendors with expired insurance or licenses are highlighted in the vendor directory.
Search and compliance
Search across all vendor documents by type, vendor, or date range. Generate compliance reports showing document coverage: which vendors have current insurance, which have expired licenses, and which are missing required documents. Complete document coverage is a governance signal that strengthens your Business Health Score under Pillar 3: Business Credit.
