Mission
We believe every autonomous agent deserves a credit score. Just as FICO transformed human lending in 1989, SKOOR transforms the agent economy. Before FICO, lending decisions were subjective, inconsistent, and discriminatory. Before SKOOR, agent trust decisions are binary, opaque, and unreliable.
SKOOR replaces guesswork with data. A continuous 300-850 scale, 10 transparent factors, published weights, and cryptographic verification. Any protocol, marketplace, or lender can make informed decisions about any agent — instantly.
How It Started
Built by Shulam, Inc. — the world's first compliance-first x402 payment facilitator. SKOOR emerged from a simple observation: agents were transacting on-chain without any standardized way to assess their trustworthiness.
Payments need trust. Trust needs measurement. Measurement needs methodology. We built the methodology — 10 factors, exact weights, cold-start layers, score decay, cryptographic proofs — and opened it to the ecosystem. SKOOR is not a black box. It is infrastructure.
