Subprocessors
Exhibit A to the Data Processing Addendum · Last updated August 12, 2026
Shulam, Inc. (operating as SKOOR) uses the subprocessors below to provide contracted services. This exhibit is the disclosure required before an external workspace can enable Chief of Staff. Internal SKOOR dogfood may run without a customer DPA; external tenants may not enable Chief of Staff until this exhibit is in place and the workspace DPA flag is recorded.

1. Chief of Staff runtime
v1 Chief of Staff runs on Cursor cloud. Prompts, conversation context, and tool results are sent to Anysphere, Inc. (the company that operates Cursor) even if SKOOR later hosts workers itself — Anysphere’s backend still performs final prompt assembly. Anysphere is therefore a subprocessor for Chief of Staff, not optional infrastructure.

2. Anysphere terms we rely on

SKOOR’s operator posture for the Chief of Staff Cursor account is Privacy Mode on (ZDR with Anysphere’s model providers). SKOOR does not opt that account into non-ZDR models. Abuse classifiers may still retain flagged prompts per Anysphere’s published policy. SKOOR does not use Chief of Staff prompts or tool results to train SKOOR models.
3. Other SKOOR subprocessors
Chief of Staff sits on the same SKOOR platform as the rest of the product. Vendors already described in the Privacy Policy (for example Plaid, Stripe, and Intuit QuickBooks Online when a business connects those services, and Anthropic when other SKOOR agent features call Claude directly) continue to apply. They are not a substitute for disclosing Anysphere for Chief of Staff.
4. Changes
We will update this page when we add or replace a subprocessor used for Chief of Staff. Material additions will be reflected here before that subprocessor processes customer data for an external workspace.
