Terms of Service
Effective July 13, 2026
1. Who we are
SKOOR is operated by Shulam, Inc.("SKOOR", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of skoor.ai and the SKOOR services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent.
2. The Service
SKOOR provides AI-assisted finance operations tooling for businesses: an AI agent, financial data analysis, expense and vendor tracking, scoring, and related features. The Service does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice; outputs of the AI agent are informational and you are responsible for decisions made from them. Features described as "coming soon" or "on the roadmap" are not part of any plan until they are generally available.
3. Plans, billing, and auto-renewal
Paid plans (currently SKOOR Pro, $49 per month per business) are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Prices are stated before checkout; applicable taxes may be added. We will give at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect on your subscription.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period, either from Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Manage subscription (Stripe billing portal) or by emailing support@skoor.ai from your account email — we process email cancellations within 2 business days. If you cancel within 14 days of your first charge, we will refund that first charge in full on request. Otherwise, charges for billing periods already started are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the business and financial data you connect or upload. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service (processing, analysis, display back to you). Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Bank connections are provided via Plaid and are subject to Plaid's end-user terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other tenants' data, reverse engineering, scraping at scale, or using the Service for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that put the Service or other customers at risk.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shulam, Inc.'s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via the Service or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions and notices: support@skoor.ai.
