How a Skoor is made
1. SignalsRepos, commits, contributors, authorship, code links in papers, batch, team size, open roles. Each one dated and linked.
2. WeightsThe fund's thesis is a table of weights, one row per signal. Edit it and every Skoor recomputes. Nothing is a black box.
3. SkoorAdditive, 0 to 100, with n and confidence. Below three observations the score is null and the row stays off the board.
4. MemoA one-page memo per surfaced founder or company, written only from the evidence above, every sentence sourced, unknowns stated.
What this is not. Not a ranking of who is good. A ranking of who the public record says is building, measured the same way for everyone, with the record attached.
Star timelines are not public on GitHub as of October 2026, so velocity uses commits and daily snapshots, never reconstructed history. Nothing is scraped from behind a login.
The pipeline runs on the fund's own account: its weights, its data, its agents.
