What's the SLA?
Enterprise plans include a 99.9% uptime SLA with less than 200ms p95 latency. Pro and Starter plans target the same performance but without a contractual guarantee.
How accurate are scores?
SKOOR scores are based on a 10-factor model (payment history, compliance, longevity, behavioral integrity, delegation trust, constraint adherence, peer reputation, transaction volume, intent fidelity, service diversity) refreshed every 5 minutes. Over 413,000 agents are currently scored across 25 chains.
Can I get raw data?
Enterprise tier includes a monthly bulk export of raw score data in CSV or JSON format. This includes all scored agents, all 10 factors, and historical trend data.
How do I upgrade?
