Tiers
Score Tiers and Credit Limits
Your Business Skoor places you in a tier that determines your daily spending limits, feature access, and platform privileges. Higher tiers unlock more capability.
The five tiers
Poor (0-49). Daily spending limit of $100 ($1,000 monthly). Basic card access. Limited to standard payment methods. Score recommendations are available to help you move up quickly. Most new accounts start here before building activity history.
Fair (50-59). Daily spending limit increases to $250 ($2,500 monthly). Access to scheduled payments and basic AP automation. Eligible for the SKOOR vendor self-service portal. The AI agent begins providing weekly score improvement recommendations.
Good (60-69). Daily spending limit of $500 ($5,000 monthly). Full AP automation including multi-level approvals. Access to bulk actions and CSV exports. Eligible for SKOOR Plus upgrade. The AI agent provides daily insights and vendor payment optimization suggestions.
Very Good (70-79). Daily spending limit of $1,000 ($10,000 monthly). Priority payment processing. Access to advanced exports with line-item detail. Enhanced fraud protection. Eligible for the Score API with 10,000 calls per day. The AI agent provides proactive cash flow forecasting.
Exceptional (80-100). Daily spending limit of $2,000 ($25,000 monthly). All features unlocked. Priority support. Custom approval workflows. Access to the full Score API suite. The AI agent provides strategic financial recommendations and vendor negotiation insights.
What unlocks at each tier
Beyond spending limits, each tier gates specific features. AP approval routing requires Fair or above. Bulk payment actions require Good. Advanced line-item exports and the Score API require Very Good. Custom integrations and priority support require Exceptional. This progressive unlocking ensures that higher-capability features go to businesses that have demonstrated consistent financial health.
Moving between tiers
Tier transitions happen automatically when your Business Skoor crosses a threshold. There is no application or review process. If your score rises from 58 to 61, you move from Fair to Good immediately and your daily limit increases to $500. Downgrades also happen automatically if your score drops, but SKOOR provides a 7-day grace period and the AI agent alerts you before a downgrade occurs so you can take corrective action.
