Daily snapshots of your Business Skoor with pillar breakdowns. See how your score has changed over time and understand what drove each movement.

Daily snapshots

SKOOR captures a snapshot of your Business Skoor every day at midnight UTC. Each snapshot records your score, all three pillar scores, and the top contributing factors for any score change. The history view in your dashboard displays these snapshots as a line chart with the ability to zoom into specific date ranges or hover over any point to see the exact breakdown.

History retention

On the Free plan, SKOOR retains 90 days of score history. This gives you a full quarter of data to identify trends and seasonal patterns. On SKOOR Plus, history extends to 365 days, providing a complete annual view. Historical data is never deleted on Plus; after the first year, you can access full history going back to your account creation date.

Trend analysis

The dashboard highlights your score trend over the past 7, 30, and 90 days with directional indicators: rising, stable, or declining. For each period, SKOOR shows the net change and identifies the pillar that contributed most to the movement. On SKOOR Plus, the AI agent provides a written summary explaining why your score changed and what to expect in the coming weeks based on scheduled payments and processing patterns.

Score change notifications

Configure alerts for score changes that matter to you. Set a threshold (e.g., notify me if my score changes by more than 2 points in a day) or subscribe to tier-change alerts. Notifications go to email and appear in the dashboard notification center. The AI agent also flags unusual score movements proactively, such as a sudden drop caused by a missed payment or a spike from connecting merchant processing for the first time.
