Overview
What is Business Skoor?
A single number from 0 to 100 that captures your business financial health across payments, processing, and credit activity. Updated daily. Built for the way modern businesses actually operate.
The score, defined
Business Skoor is SKOOR's proprietary credit score for businesses. It ranges from 0 to 100 and is computed from three pillars: Agent Score, Merchant Services, and Business Credit. Unlike traditional business credit scores that rely on delayed bureau data, Business Skoor uses real-time signals from your actual financial activity on SKOOR: card spending, bill payments, and merchant processing volume.
Your Business Skoor updates daily. Every transaction, payment, and processing event feeds the score engine. The result is a score that reflects your current financial health, not where you were six months ago. Under the hood, the engine is the Business Health Score (BHS), which computes on a raw 0–1,000 scale; your Business Skoor is that number divided by 10.
How it differs from FICO, PAYDEX, and SBSS
FICO scores (300-850) measure personal creditworthiness based on bureau data that updates monthly. Dun and Bradstreet PAYDEX (0-100) tracks vendor payment timeliness but requires manual trade-line reporting. The FICO SBSS (0-300) blends personal and business credit for SBA lending decisions. All three rely on lagging indicators and third-party data.
Business Skoor is different. It uses first-party data from your SKOOR activity: card transactions, bill payments, merchant processing, and compliance status. It updates daily instead of monthly. It scores three distinct dimensions instead of blending everything into one opaque number. And it directly controls your credit limits and feature access on SKOOR, creating a feedback loop where improving your score immediately unlocks more capability.
Why it matters
Your Business Skoor determines your daily spending limits on the SKOOR card, your eligibility for SKOOR Plus features, and your standing in the SKOOR network. Vendors and partners can request your Business Skoor as a trust signal. Lenders can use it alongside traditional scores for a more complete picture. As SKOOR grows, your Business Skoor becomes a portable business reputation that follows you across the platform.
The three pillars
Business Skoor is the sum of three pillar scores. Pillar 1: Agent Score (0-40) reflects your card usage and account behavior. Pillar 2: Merchant Services (0-30) captures your payment processing activity. Pillar 3: Business Credit (0-30) measures your bill payment and vendor relationships. Each pillar is scored independently so you can see exactly where to improve.
