AI-Powered
Security & Compliance
Every transaction, vendor, and cardholder on SKOOR is screened against the OFAC SDN list by the SAMUEL compliance soul. Anomalous patterns are flagged automatically. When incidents occur, AI diagnoses the issue and proposes remediation — not just an alert.
OFAC Screening
SAMUEL, SKOOR's compliance soul, screens every entity against the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list. New vendors are screened at onboarding. Existing vendors are re-screened when the SDN list is updated. Cardholders are verified during KYB. If a match is detected, the entity is held for manual review with the match details and confidence score attached. No transaction proceeds until compliance review is complete.
Threat Detection
SKOOR's AI monitors transaction patterns for anomalies that suggest fraud, unauthorized use, or policy violations. Unusual spending velocity, geographic inconsistencies, and merchant category mismatches are detected in real time. The system distinguishes between legitimate pattern changes (a new project requiring more supplies) and genuine threats (a card used in two states within an hour). False positive rates decrease as the system learns your business patterns.
Incident Response
When a security event is detected, SKOOR does not just alert you. The AI diagnoses the probable cause, assesses the impact scope, and proposes specific remediation steps. A compromised card triggers an automatic freeze recommendation with a list of recent transactions to review. A vendor compliance failure includes the specific SDN match and suggested next actions. You decide — the AI provides the analysis.
