Policy-Based Evaluation

You define the rules: spending limits per category, approved vendor lists, weekend restrictions, geographic boundaries. SKOOR's AI applies every rule to every transaction in real time. A $500 dinner on a Tuesday might pass. The same charge on a Saturday gets held for review. Policies are configurable per employee, per card, or per department.

Grade and Revise

The AI does not just categorize — it reviews its own work. After drafting a categorization and action, it runs a second pass to check for errors. This grade-and-revise approach reduces false positives by 40% compared to single-pass systems. When confidence is below your threshold, the transaction is routed to a human reviewer with the AI's reasoning attached.

Confidence Scoring

Every action recommendation includes a confidence score from 0 to 100. Transactions above your auto-approve threshold (default 95%) are processed without human intervention. Those below are queued for review with full context: merchant history, category match, policy evaluation, and similar past transactions. You decide how much autonomy to grant.
