AI-Powered
AI Expense Coding
Every transaction that clears your SKOOR card is automatically classified by merchant category, expense type, and tax treatment. No manual coding. No spreadsheets. Your books stay current in real time.
How It Works
When a transaction clears, SKOOR's AI reads the merchant name, MCC code, and transaction amount to determine the correct category. A purchase at Home Depot is coded to “Building Supplies.” A fuel stop at Shell is coded to “Vehicle Fuel.” The system handles edge cases — a restaurant charge on a Saturday is flagged as potential personal expense rather than auto-approved as meals and entertainment.
Continuous Learning
Every correction you make teaches the model. If you reclassify a Lowe's purchase from “Office Supplies” to “Maintenance & Repairs,” that preference is remembered permanently. Accuracy starts at approximately 85% and reaches 97% within 90 days of active use. The more transactions you process, the less you need to touch.
Accounting Integration
Coded transactions sync directly to QuickBooks Online or Xero. Your chart of accounts is mapped automatically during onboarding. When a transaction is coded and approved, it appears in your general ledger within minutes — not days. Month-end close becomes a verification step, not a data entry marathon.
- Merchant name + MCC code + amount analyzed in under one second
- Tax treatment assigned based on jurisdiction and category
- Corrections improve accuracy from 85% to 97% in 90 days
- Auto-sync to QuickBooks Online and Xero
