Receipt capture on the go

The SKOOR mobile dashboard includes a one-tap receipt capture button. Open the dashboard on your phone, tap capture, and take a photo of your receipt. The AI extracts vendor, amount, date, and line items instantly and matches the receipt to your card transaction. No need to save receipts in a drawer or forward emails later. Capture at the point of purchase and the expense is documented before you leave the store.

Mobile approvals

Managers receive push notifications when expenses are waiting for approval. Open the notification to see the expense detail, receipt, AI suggestion, and policy status. Approve or reject with one tap. For Smart Groups, swipe through grouped expenses and approve the batch. Mobile approvals are logged with the same audit trail as desktop approvals, including timestamp, device, and approver identity.

Spending overview

The mobile dashboard shows a real-time spending summary: total spend this period, budget utilization, top categories, and recent transactions. Drill into any category to see individual transactions. The interface is responsive and designed for one-handed use on any screen size. All the data available on desktop is accessible from mobile; nothing is hidden behind a "view on desktop" link.

Offline support

Receipt photos are cached locally when captured without a connection. When the device reconnects, the receipt is uploaded and matched automatically. Transaction notifications queue and deliver as soon as connectivity is restored. You never lose a receipt because of a poor signal at a job site or retail location.
