Export Reports

Export your expense data as CSV or PDF. Filter, schedule, and automate reports for your accounting team.

On-demand exports

Navigate to the Reports tab in the dashboard, select a date range, and choose CSV or PDF. CSV exports include every transaction field: date, merchant, amount, category, GL code, cardholder, approval status, and receipt link. PDF exports are formatted as professional reports with summary totals, category breakdowns, and individual line items. Both formats are ready for import into accounting software or for sharing with your accountant.

Filtering exports

Before exporting, apply filters to narrow the data. Filter by date range, category, merchant name, cardholder, approval status, or amount range. Combine filters to create targeted reports: all travel expenses over $100 for Q2, all unapproved transactions from a specific vendor, or all reimbursements for a particular project. Filters persist across export format changes, so you can preview in CSV and switch to PDF without reapplying.

Scheduled exports

SKOOR Plus subscribers can schedule automatic exports on a weekly or monthly cadence. Configure the schedule, filters, format, and delivery email addresses from Settings. Scheduled exports run automatically and deliver the report to your inbox. This is ideal for monthly close processes, recurring client billing, and regular compliance reviews. Scheduled exports are also saved in your document library for historical access.

Accounting integrations

For real-time syncing instead of periodic exports, connect QuickBooks from Settings. SKOOR pushes categorized transactions to your books automatically. Exports remain available for ad hoc reporting, audit requests, and any accounting workflow that does not use the direct integration. The SKOOR AI agent flags discrepancies between exported data and your connected accounting system.
