Card Statements

View every transaction, export statements in CSV or PDF, and reconcile with your accounting software in minutes.

Transaction history

Every card transaction is recorded in real time and available in the SKOOR dashboard. The transaction list shows merchant name, amount, date, category, card used, and cardholder. Filter by date range, card, cardholder, merchant, category, or amount to find specific transactions. Search by merchant name for quick lookups.

Each transaction detail view includes the raw MCC code, authorization timestamp, settlement timestamp, and any attached receipts. If the transaction was flagged by a spending policy or AI review, the flag reason is displayed alongside the transaction.

Exporting statements

Export your transaction history as CSV or PDF from the Statements tab. Select a date range and choose your format. CSV exports include all transaction fields and are ready for import into Excel, Google Sheets, or any accounting tool. PDF exports are formatted as traditional monthly statements suitable for filing or sharing with your accountant.

SKOOR Plus subscribers can schedule automatic exports on a weekly or monthly cadence. Scheduled exports are delivered to the email addresses you configure and saved in your document library for future access.

QuickBooks reconciliation

Connect your QuickBooks account from Settings to enable automatic reconciliation. SKOOR matches card transactions to your chart of accounts using AI-assigned GL codes. Matched transactions are pushed to QuickBooks as draft entries for your review. Unmatched transactions are flagged for manual categorization. The goal is zero manual data entry between your card and your books.

Statement data and your score

Transaction patterns visible in your statements contribute to your Business Health Score. Consistent spending, on-time payments, and clean categorization all feed the scoring engine. The SKOOR AI agent uses statement data to surface insights like spending trends, budget utilization, and vendor concentration risk.
