Card Management
Issue Cards
Create virtual cards instantly or order physical cards for your team. No per-card fees, no caps on how many you can issue.
Issuing a virtual card
Virtual cards are created instantly from the SKOOR dashboard. Navigate to Cards, select "Issue new card," choose Virtual, and assign it to a team member. The card number, expiration, and CVV are available immediately. Virtual cards work everywhere Visa is accepted online and can be added to Apple Pay and Google Pay for in-person use.
Each virtual card gets its own number, so you can track spending per card and cancel individual cards without affecting others. This is ideal for recurring subscriptions, vendor-specific budgets, and one-time purchases where you want to limit exposure.
Ordering a physical card
Physical cards ship to the cardholder address on file within 5-7 business days. Select "Issue new card," choose Physical, confirm the shipping address, and the card is on its way. Physical cards have the same controls as virtual cards: spending limits, category restrictions, and vendor locks all apply.
When a physical card arrives, the cardholder activates it from the dashboard or mobile app. No phone call required. The card is active and ready to use within seconds of activation.
Assigning cards to team members
Every card must be assigned to a cardholder. The cardholder receives a notification with card details (virtual) or shipping confirmation (physical). Admins can view all cards, their assigned holders, and current spending from the Cards tab. Cards can be reassigned if a team member changes roles.
Card limits at issuance
When issuing a card, you set an initial daily and monthly spending limit. These limits cannot exceed your account-level credit limit, which is determined by your SKOOR score. You can adjust per-card limits at any time from the dashboard without issuing a new card.
