Architecture
Managed by Anthropic.
Skoored by Skoor.
Anthropic’s managed-agent stack executes: the harness runs the loop, tools give it reach, sessions hold its state, the sandbox contains it, orchestration schedules it. None of those boxes answers the question your clients and examiners will ask — what was it allowed to do, what did it do, and can you prove it? Skoor is not a sixth box. It is the ring around the five.
Edge by edge
The ring touches every edge of the stack. At each one, Anthropic provides execution and Skoor provides the thing execution cannot provide about itself.
Anthropic provides
Capability — what the agent can do. Connectors, resources, custom tools.
Skoor adds
The governance scope — what it may never do. Every connector's scope and refusals, published in the registry.
Anthropic provides
State, memory, and tracing for every run.
Skoor adds
Conduct, checked against policy. Session behaviour is what the Agent Skoor is computed from — continuously, per agent.
Anthropic provides
Managed execution with vaulted credentials — or self-hosted for on-premises needs.
Skoor adds
The custody map. Credentials live on your devices, in your tenancy, or in Anthropic's environment under your own account. Never with Skoor.
Anthropic provides
Scheduled, unattended, multi-agent pipelines.
Skoor adds
Unattended is where governance earns its keep. Drift caught inside a committed window — because nobody is watching the run itself.
Anthropic provides
The agent loop itself.
Skoor adds
The certified profile that constrains the loop — versioned, signed, applied on your approval, never pushed silently.
Why the ring cannot be a sixth box
Anthropic’s console traces every tool call — but that is the operator inspecting its own runtime. Observability, not accountability. A platform cannot score its own hosted agents against your obligations for the same reason a firm cannot audit itself: the measurement is only worth something when it comes from outside the thing being measured.
That is also why Skoor stays out of the data path. Credentials and data live with you and Anthropic under your own account — never with us. We read the record to compute the scores, and hold no copy. A skoored agentis simply an agent that runs inside the ring: profile attached, scopes declared, skoorboard row created, its Agent Skoor earned from conduct — starting empty.
Put the ring around your agents.
The assessment establishes what your agents can already reach and produces your baseline Company Skoor — two weeks, fixed fee, you keep the report.
