Screening
Sanctions, PEP and wallet screening against the published lists.
Every entity, counterparty and stablecoin wallet the bank's events name is screened when it arrives and re-screened on the limit ladder's cadence (24-hour list refresh). A match is a hit: it opens one hard alert that always waits for a person, and stays a hit until someone clears or confirms it. Fuzzy threshold 0.92 (Jaro-Winkler) with token overlap ≥ 0.5; country and date of birth only nudge a score.
