Policy replay

What would have happened under a different policy.

A candidate is data: new band thresholds, new signal weights, a wider or narrower automated side, a rules version, a different history floor. The replay runs it over your own last 90 days (newest 20,000 transfers at most) and puts the record and the candidate side by side: band migration, what would have been held, what would have been closed without a person, hold-band precision and recall against the labels, and a verdict. Nothing on the record changes.
