Life Skoor + Claude

Put Life Skoor inside Claude.

Connect once — one email, one code — and log your day in a sentence inside a Claude chat. That is the real log. After you connect, Your day is the existing day/week/month/year view. The try-the-math widget on /life is a this-device demo — it does not sync here.

The same address for everyone. It holds no secret — your email confirmation is what connects your account.

  1. 1Open Claude (claude.ai or the desktop app). Go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
  2. 2Paste the server URL above, name it “Life Skoor”, and click Add.
  3. 3Click Connect. A Skoor Life page opens: enter your email, then the 6-digit code we send you, and tap Allow.
  4. 4You're back in Claude. Ask: “What's my Life Skoor?” — or say “Log my exercise, 45 minutes.”
  5. 5Open Your day at mcp.skoor.ai/history to see the logged-in day, week, month, or year.
