Life Skoor + Claude

Put Life Skoor inside Claude.

Add Life Skoor to Claude and you can log your day and get coached right inside a Claude chat — the same account as the web, powered by your own Claude.

1. 1Create your connector link (button above) — sign in first if asked.
2. 2Open Claude (claude.ai). Go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
3. 3Paste your link as the URL, name it “Life Skoor”, and click Add.
4. 4In any chat, ask: “What's my Life Skoor?” — or say “Log my exercise, 45 minutes.”
