Life Skoor + Claude
Connector documentation.
The Life Skoor connector puts your daily life score inside Claude: ask for your score, log your day in plain language, and get coached on the trend — on the same account as skoor.ai/life.
Setup
- 1Go to skoor.ai/life/connect and click Create my Claude link — sign in first if asked. Your personal connector URL appears once; copy it.
- 2In Claude (claude.ai or the desktop app), open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
- 3Paste your link as the URL, name it “Life Skoor”, and click Add. No further sign-in is needed — the link itself is your credential.
- 4In any chat, try: “What’s my Life Skoor?”
Free Claude works — custom connectors are available on the free plan (one connector).
What the connector can do
get_skoorRead-onlyToday's overall Life Skoor (0–100), each of the six domain scores, and your current streak. Unlogged domains come back as unmeasured — never a made-up number.
get_weekRead-onlyYour overall score for each of the last 7 days, so Claude can see the trend and coach on it.
logWriteRecords what happened in one domain today (for example, 45 minutes of exercise). The score is computed on our server with the same math as the web — Claude reports what happened; it never invents the number.

The six domains
Diet, Exercise, Finances, Goals, Travel, and Prayer. Each scores 0–100 from what you actually log; the overall score averages the domains you measured. A domain you didn’t log is unmeasured — it is shown as blank and never counted against you with an invented value. Scoring happens on our server with the same math as the web page, so a day logged from Claude and a day logged on the web are identical.
Security
Your connector URL contains your personal key — treat it like a password. Anyone with the link can read and log your Skoor. We store only a one-way hash of the key, never the key itself. If a link leaks, create a new one at skoor.ai/life/connect and email us to revoke the old one. Full details: privacy policy.
Troubleshooting
“Invalid or missing key” / connection fails: the pasted URL is incomplete or the key was revoked — create a fresh link and re-add the connector.
Claude reports a different score than the web: both read the same account, so a mismatch is almost always two different sign-ins. Check that the email you signed in with on /life matches the account that created the connector link.
Anything else: email jj@skoor.ai — a human reads it.
